A Rainbow of Activities
Recently, Mrs. Sparacio’s students completed a mural for St. Patrick’s Day. Many lessons were incorporated into this activity. Students practiced their colors, while making a rainbow of hands. They learned all about shapes as they created their leprechauns. They practiced their letters and vocabulary when they filled their pot of gold with wishes. As you can see, the class is very proud of this work of art!
Mrs. Sparacio's class designed and created a model of a lakeside community as part of a unit taught by Mrs. Bluming in the curriculum-based speech language program. The students did a wonderful job deciding what buildings and businesses were needed in their community and then built them using boxes and milk cartons.
